This repeater is normally connected via Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) through the K4KWQ node. This node uses Echolink, IRLP (IRLP node # 4672), Asterisk, Rptdir, and Dstar. Whenever this repeater is in Macro 2, it is connected to K4KWQ.

This repeater has a programmable remote base on 2 meters, and 222 Mhz, allowing it to link with other repeaters in Central Florida. This brings the possible coverage of the repeater from Ocala to the North, Sebring to the South, Tampa to the West, and Merit Island to the East.
